Harmony Valley will be exactly as the name states.  The festival is a safe space for all who attend to enjoy the weekend and no aggressive conflicts or behavior will be tolerated by anyone.

 

Admissions Hours:

Thursday: 5 pm -11 pm (Only available for those with Thursday Early Arrival Passes)

Friday: 10 am-11:30pm

Saturday: 9:30 am-11:30pm

Sunday: All attendees must be off site by 1 pm

Can I pay with a credit card at the event?

Yes. Credit and Cash payments will be accepted at the gate for parking and admission. Some vendors accept credit, but cash is preferred. There is no ATM on-site.

Is camp by car available?

Weekend camping is included with your GA Ticket. The parking lot and camping are in separate areas.  There is no camping by car and any cars in the camping area are pre-authorized and belong to staff, vendors or our team members. We advise bringing a backpack or wagon to transport items to your campsite.  We will also provide shuttling whenever possible as everyone is getting their campsites set up.

  • There is absolutely no setting up of any campsites by any non-staff members before 5PM on Thursday.

  • We do not allow 10 x 20 Tents or roping off camping areas with flagging tape/ropes to reserve campsites for anyone that has yet to arrive.  All campsite setups are available to whomever sets up first.

If it rains, does that mean the event is cancelled?

Harmony Valley Music Festival is a Rain or Shine event.

What is your re-entry policy?

Vehicles with parking passes and guests are permitted to leave and re-enter the site. However, fully intact wristbands are required for re-entry.

Vendors selling a variety of foods, beverages, snacks and art. No alcohol will be sold on site.

What is your alcohol policy?

You must be 21 years of age or older to drink at HVMF. All local and state laws will be strictly enforced. Campers 21+ are allowed to bring their own alcohol into our campgrounds. You cannot bring any glass containers.

Where should I go if I lose something?

Lost and found will be located at the admission tent at the main entrance. If you lose something, or someone, check there. If you find something that needs to be returned to its owner, please drop it off there.

What types of food vendors will be on-site?

Multiple food vendors will provide a variety of diverse and reasonably priced food including vegetarian options. For health and quality reasons, unauthorized food vendors pose a risk to festival-goers. Unauthorized food vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk.

Is cell service available throughout the festival grounds?

Yes, although due to the expected volume service may not be consistent. Explore Brown county is a beautiful property yet cell phone service can be a bit hit or miss. If you have purchased pre-sale/advance tickets we recommend downloading your tickets to your phone and bring a valid ID to help us locate your tickets upon arrival.

How can I help keep this beautiful property clean?

We will provide clear recycling bags & black trash bags for all patrons of the festival. Please use them appropriately and keep your campsite free of trash. Leave no trace, reduce the work of our waste management/recycling team and leave the venue looking incredible when you leave!

 

Is this an all ages event?

Yes. Harmony Valley Music Festival is a family-friendly all-ages event. Anyone 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Adults can bring kids 13 & under for free and we appreciate no more than 2 kids per 1 adult so as to maintain proper supervision.

 

Can I bring my dog?

Please only bring a dog if it is a service dog.  The venue has a no dogs rule but we understand and respect the need for those that have a service dog.

*There will be no amplified music past midnight and at midnight our silent disco will begin. There are no amplified renegade sets allowed at the festival.  We understand that additional artists, producers & DJ’s attend our festival but with our layout and in respect to the venue neighbors and booked artists, we do not allow renegade sets.  You are however welcome to break out your acoustic instruments to play around the grounds and at campfires at night.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Everyone is welcome at HVMF and we strive to create a safe, inclusive environment for all attendees. Harmony Valley Music Festival does not tolerate harassment or discrimination towards any of our attendees.

As a community, it is our collective responsibility to safely address or report harmful behavior. Please help us by reporting any individual(s) who violate this Code of Conduct to the nearest volunteer or staff member. HVMF Staff will assess the situation and determine appropriate action, including but not limited to warning the offender(s), asking them to leave our premises, physically removing them, or contacting local resources or authorities.

Please be respectful to all other guests, event staff, performers, and property!
